I’ve worked with children in both one-on-one settings and group environments, including two years in a daycare center. I love working and supervising children because they are our future in our lives. I left my previous child care job of 5 years to finish college. My top priority is providing a safe, interactive, and fun environment. In regards to my experience with child care, I was able to help children solve problems on the playgrounds, such as sharing and making new friends when they felt left out. I would even play with a few of the children who were new to the school and who had a hard time socializing with others their own age. I am First Aid and CPR Certified by the American Red Cross. I have experience with housekeeping/cooking and I am willing to add that to part of my sitter job. In addition, I am able to provide some transportation, for example, I am available to become a part of the drop off and pick up routines from schools/daycares. I've been babysitting since I was 11 years old. Well, that's when I started getting paid. The 90's were a little different! Hello my name is Stacey I am 38 yrs old. I have a little farm in sequim and was a professional animal trainer for 20 years while also being a nanny for several families here in WA. I am an avid hiker and love outdoor activities. I find great joy in sharing my love of the outdoors with my nieces and nephews. Building forts , coloring, baking are great calming activities after a fun day or exploring outdoors.
