I can’t comment on Sara’s caregiver skills but wanted to share my experience with her during the interview process. We were scheduled for a phone call in the morning for which she was a no-show. 4 hours later she messaged me back and said that her appointment had ran late and scheduled another time with me and my husband. Despite the fact that I sent her a reminder message prior to the call, she once again did not show up at the video call scheduled with my husband and me. We’re busy professionals and this is a really poor first impression. The time that we blocked on our calendars for her could’ve been better used to interview other more serious candidates.
