Hi, I’m Arianne. I’ve been a nanny for 12 years. I have Nannie’s all ages from infancy-pre teen. I tend to stay in long term positions if it’s the right fit. The last two families I have worked for have been long term. I was with my last family for 5 years and I still continue to do babysitting gigs for them when needed. They have 6 kids but I primarily cared for the 3 youngest (8,5, and 1). I have been with my current family for 2 years. They have 3 kids (8, 6, and 3) The youngest, I believe, will start preschool in the fall, so I’m putting feelers out for a new position. I do like to let potential families know a couple things before we proceed just not to waste anyone’s time and just in case values are extremely different. 1. I have a lot of tattoos and some piercings. But I do not do drugs or smoke and I rarely even drink. I am open to drug testing and full background checks. 2. I am a lesbian. I know that may not be acceptable to all people so I like to let people know beforehand. 3. This is my sole source of income. If you hire me on, I will need 40 guaranteed hours and sick pay. If for any reason needs change, I will need notice a month in advance. Thanks for taking the time to read this. And if I don’t hear from you, good luck finding an amazing caregiver.

Our family loves Arianne! She has been our nanny for the past year and we couldn't have found a better fit. She is loving, kind, fun, and our 2 year old loves her like family. She is highly communicative, always on time, and easy to be around.

I have eight years of experience as a preschool teacher and about 15 years of experience as a babysitter/nanny. As a preschool teacher, I worked with children aged 12 months to 5 years, caring for their basic needs and helping them with activities to develop their mental, social and emotional skills. I was a summer camp counselor for four years, which gave me a lot of experience with outdoor activities and crafts, and with interacting with children of all ages. I have babysat children aged 1 month to 12+ years. I am a positive person who believes in listening, having fun, and helping every child reach their full potential. I also previously worked as a home visitor, serving low-income families with children age birth to three. Now I recently got my Masters in Social Work and working during the day doing therapy with teens, but I am free to pick up evening and weekend babysitting! Looking forward to meeting you!

As first-time parents, entrusting our 3.5-week old newborn to a babysitter was a leap of faith, filled with natural apprehension. However, from the moment we began our search, Maddy stood out with her impressive qualifications. Our initial phone interview only deepened our admiration, and meeting her in person sealed the deal - we knew she was the perfect fit for our family. Returning home from our trial run, we were greeted by the most comforting sight: our little boy, soundly asleep in Maddy’s arms, with the soft melodies of classical music in the background. It was a moment of pure serenity and trust, leaving us with no doubt about Maddy’s exceptional caregiving skills. Maddy earns an unequivocal 5 out of 5 stars from us. To those considering her services, my advice is simple: act fast and book her as soon as you can. If not, you might just find that we’ve already called dibs for her next availability. Her blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for children is a rare find. We are not only thrilled but also grateful to have Maddy as part of our child’s life. Without hesitation, we plan to hire her again and again. She’s not just a babysitter; she’s a wonderful addition to our family’s journey.

Hello, I'm Myka! I'm a university student based in Tacoma, working towards my bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology, which I plan to complete within the next year. Recently, I earned my Behavioral Therapy credentials and have had the chance to assist many families in the ABA community. As I return to school and step away from my role as a therapist, I'm hoping to find another family to work with during the academic year while I study full-time. With over seven years of experience caring for children of all ages, I have a strong background in childcare. I enjoy designing fun and engaging activities that promote learning and creativity, and I am always eager to help. I'd describe myself as outgoing, compassionate, and lively. In my free time, I love exploring the water with my golden doodle or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you soon! :)

My husband and I have four children and six grandchildren! We believe that children are a gift from God, so nurturing young minds is more than a job for me; it's something I genuinely love to do! With 30 years of experience caring for children aged 0-17, I find immense joy in fostering their growth and development. My approach is patient, kind, and gentle, creating a safe and supportive environment for your little one. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and happy to provide regular updates on your child through texts or phone calls, if desired, in addition to verbal communication at the end of our time together. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am First Aid and CPR certified as of December 13th, 2025. I am happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping, and would love to babysit so you the parent/parents can get a day/night off. It would be my pleasure to support your family and provide a reliable occasional childcare option for you.

Sandra is patient, warm, and caring. My kids were blessed to spend time with her as she is very loving and kind. Sandra has a lens on safety and closely supervises as children play. She uses teachable moments to support social skills and positive character development. She is the only person outside of family that I trust completely with my children.

Hello! I'm Tia — thank you for taking a moment to learn more about me. I currently work as a Family Liaison for my local school district and bring over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages. My passion for childcare began early and has only grown through the years—both in professional roles and hands-on caregiving. I’m now looking to nanny during my summer break and would love to support a wonderful family during this time. In the past, I’ve had the joy of being a summer nanny to three adorable little boys. I truly cherished every moment—helping them grow, play, and thrive. My approach is nurturing, patient, and focused on creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, laugh, and feel secure. I’m also a proud mom of four amazing young adult children who are all currently in college, as well as a fur mom to two pups—Minnie (a Pomeranian) and Hewie (a Yorkie). This summer, I’m offering care from my home in peaceful Fredrickson, WA, which features a clean, child-friendly space, a fenced yard perfect for playtime, and a lovely neighborhood park just a short walk away. I’m also happy to provide care from your home if that’s a better fit for your family’s needs. If you’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and compassionate caregiver who will treat your child like family, I’d love to connect and learn more about how I can support your family. With appreciation, Tia

Tia did an absolutely amazing job helping me clean and organize my home. From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and eager to help with anything that needed to be done. She not only completed all the tasks I needed help with, but went above and beyond in every way, offering suggestions, tackling extra projects, and making sure every surface sparkled. What impressed me most was her positive attitude and genuine care and willingness to help. She was thoughtful, hardworking, and truly took pride in her work. Thanks to Tia's dedication and attention to detail, my home looks beautiful, organized, and is more comfortable than it has ben in a VERY long time! I'm super grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend Tia to anyone!

Sarahi was wonderful with our 3-year-old son! She was hired so last minute because we had a gap in our regular coverage and filled in seamlessly. Very professional and was even able to put our son down for his nap (which is sometimes difficult at this age). Thank you, Sarahi!
