Hello! My name is Emma and I have been working in childcare for over 4 years now. I just graduated from college in May with a bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I hope to eventually become a pediatric speech therapist! I absolutely adore working with kids and have worked in many different settings, such as daycares, in-home nannying/babysitting, and as a behavioral therapist for children with autism. I have the most experience with kids aged infant-8 years old (infants - toddlers are my favorite age group!!). I am CPR first aid certified and have reliable transportation. I am a sophomore at UW-River Falls and I have been a camp counselor for the last three summers working mainly with children from eight to fourteen, but also younger. I have also babysat for a family with three children, all three two or younger. They were a bit of a handful, but I loved them anyway, helping them learn to clean up after themselves, how to put away their clothes, to play games. I really love helping and being with kids. They're so sweet and full of life.

My name is Abby and I'm currently a senior in high school graduating end of May! I have tons of experience working with children and references I could give to you from different families. Since I always had a passion with children I decided to take both childcare classes offered at my high school. I received my Certified Child Care license and also my Assistant Child Care license. I am in my third year at UWRF studying Broad Field Social Studies. While I plan to be working with ages between 4th and 12th grade, I love working with the youngers too! I have been around children my entire life as I am one of the oldest grandchildren. I also work at a daycare where I primarily work with infants and ones rooms. On occasion I have been with Pre K. I can prepare meals, change diapers, put down for naps/bedtime, and play! I am comfortable managing multiple kids at once and keeping them engaged in activities. I’m currently employed in the Elmwood Early Learning Center which is a daycare in the Highschool I graduated from. I’m the oldest of four and I absolutely adore children, I’m able to just come play and hangout for a while so you can get your work done, but I also am able to provide a structured day with elements of learning appropriate to your child’s age. I have a reliable vehicle that is safe and plenty of room for car seats as well!
