Hi! I am a 19-year-old who absolutely loves working with kids, and my dream is to become an elementary school teacher one day! For the past 3 years, my day job has been working as a para at an elementary school right here in my hometown. In total, I’ve been working with kids for about 6 years, and 4 of those have been professional roles. Since I work at the school during the day, I am completely free Monday through Friday after 4:00 PM and anytime on weekends! I’m also available during school breaks. I have a ton of experience with kids of all ages from 1 to 12. Through my school job and babysitting, I’ve worked a lot with amazing kids and have experience with kids who have autism, ADHD, speech disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioral needs, so I am very patient and adaptive! I’m also fully trained in CPR, first aid, and bloodborne pathogens so you can feel good knowing your kiddos are safe. I love keeping kids entertained with fun games and activities, and since I work in a school, I am a master at homework help and love teaching kids new skills! I'm also more than happy to help out around the house with cooking and cleaning. I still stay in touch with families I babysat before, and I can't wait to build a great relationship with yours!

Hi! I’m Kylie! My husband and I moved to Poynette in May and are settling in with our pup, Wanda, and two cats, Phantom, and Brewer. Infants are my specialty, and true passion but I have experience with all ages! I have all the required certificates to work with infant/toddlers, including but not limited to SIDs, and abusive head trauma (formerly shaken baby syndrome). CPR & first aid certificates are up to date, I have my infant toddler credential and I’m working on a preschool credential now. I value open, and honest communication. Trust is essential to a healthy working relationship. I love spending time outdoors, walking, exploring nature, or just basking in the sun with a good book. I have many years experience with infants and toddlers, caring with full attention to the child, with lots of feeding bathing, rocking, talking, playing games, taking walks, rocking to sleep and soothing with words and touch. ASD and other differently-abled and quirky kids are wonderful. Lots of experience there, too. A doting Grandma, I'm a pro at amusing kids on very little money, stressing water, sand, walks, outdoor fun and physical activity, and making oatmeal box instruments, macaroni art, dioramas and theatrical imaginative play. Children are bright and long to be heard so listening is something I truly enjoy with firm adult help and guidance always used. I like to help them shine, building confidence.
