I am a full-time nanny in the city of Naperville, IL. I care for two pre-school & elementary school aged girls as a live-out nanny and am looking for an addl part-time pisition. I organize play by setting up play-dates, taking the girls to the park, and making sure they have plenty of opportunities to enjoy fun crafts at home. I prepare healthy meals, load dishes for clean-up afterward, and make sure the girls are toileted (changed in the case of the youngest child) and clean, happy, healthy, and safe. They enjoy me and we always find ways to have fun. Their toys are always picked up and laundry done by the end of the day. They have been schooled in good manners, and poor behavior is addressed, and if need be, time-outs are given for discipline. As the kids grow and learn occasions for discipline grow more and more infrequent. Learning and being presented with the challenges of trying new things are an on-going experience. Our days are full and fun and pass quickly the girls are well-rested and pleasant and enjoy our group endeavors but are also given much-needed individual attention.

One of my favorite parts about working with kids is seeing how creative they are. I also love being able to help them learn and grow, whether it's problem-solving with Legos or assisting them with homework. Working with kids, no matter the age, is very rewarding, and being able to be part of that is very special. Previously, I have been a gymnastics coach, coaching virtually all ages, and have assisted in creating summer camps with a variety of activities. I also have a clean driving record, alongside being BLS certified through the American Heart Association, and have assisted in different levels of medical emergencies before.
