I am a sophomore at UW-River Falls and I have been a camp counselor for the last three summers working mainly with children from eight to fourteen, but also younger. My most applicable experience would be from when I worked at a summer Bible camp. I was a counselor responsible for 18+ kids in my cabin. That position included: caring for their needs (physical and emotional), keeping them on schedule, providing entertainment, ensuring their safety and more.
