I absolutely love being a sitter. I’ve always had a natural connection with kids, and caring for them brings me a lot of joy. I’ve been around children my entire life, whether it was helping raise younger siblings and cousins, babysitting for family friends, or working with kids through volunteer opportunities. I am currently a freshman at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, majoring in Biology with the intention of becoming an Anesthesiologist Assistant. I will be home from college in mid-May and am looking for a full-time position. I have had some babysitting experience while in high school and have frequently taken care of my younger cousins. I love to be active and outside during the summer. I do have a car, I don't mind pets as I have a dog of my own, and I am a non-smoker. I am a lead preschool teacher in a daycare setting. I have been working as a lead teacher at the YMCA in the child care dept for 8 years and was a previous gymnastics coach at the Y for 3 years. My current job responsibilities include cleaning, preparing and serving food, potty training, and preparing educational and engaging play activities for 3-5 year olds. I have taken care of 25 kids in my class. I enjoy forming connections and getting to know each child’s unique and fun personality. I have always loved being around kiddos. My mom owned a daycare that I helped out at since I was 8 that I eventually worked at until she closed it. I have been babysitting since I was 11 and I have a two year old niece that I absolutely adore. I currently am a nanny to older children but I have worked with all ages. Hi! My name is Ashleigh and I am looking for a babysitting/nanny job. I am a freshman in college, majoring in christian studies, and currently attend GCU in Arizona but am moving home at the semester to do online school for the spring semester. I would be available starting February 1st and am able to do after school nannying or any babysitting jobs.
