Hi! My name is Francesca! A little about my experience with kiddos! I’ve been working with kids since my senior year of high school back in 2019. I first volunteered in a toddler room at Winona State University for about 3-4 months. Then in December 2021, I started working for the Roseville School District with the out of school care for grades k-6. I love being a sitter because it offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections. I still reach out to the sitters I had when I was a child and catch up every so often. My experience consists of providing care for two children, ages two and four for a summer (June-August) in 2023. I took the kids to various lessons, provided meals, helped potty train, created a nurturing environment, and do various activities that help build motor skills as well as different skills needed for future development.
