My husband and I both work full time and have two daughters, ages 2 and 8 months.

We will need someone to keep our girls when their dad is working. His schedule is every 3 days, so the dates/days of the week will be different each month. This has made it difficult for us to find a sitter because most cannot work around our weird schedule. I work from home, so I will be in the home when the sitter comes.

We are located in Muscle Shoals, AL. Schedule will be different each week. There are three kinds of weeks: needed Wednesday only, needed Monday and Thursday, or needed Tuesday and Friday. This changes depending on the week. So most weeks it’ll be 2 days, some weeks only 1 day.
