I am a mother of 2 girls ages 2.5 years and 1 year! I work from home full time but would need someone to come watch the girls Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with occasional Fridays. I also ideally nanny share with my sister who has a son age 11 months and my mother also come to help.
