we are a family of 4, our son Andrew is 10 and our daughter Aubrey is 7. they are both sweet, smart, and fun kids, they have alot of energy and the regular brother sister dynamic where they like to mess with each other lol. this would only be occasional. we have 2 dogs, layla is a small chihuahua super sweet and very friendly. we also havea small/medium size dog named scotty, he loves being pet and they both get along great with other people. scotty is a bit of a barker but hes a sweetheart.
be with the kids occasionaly when my wife and i would like a date night. No late nights or overnights, the latest would be between 10:00-10:30pm. we will have snacks and dinner ready, but they would need to do bedime which is between 8:30 and 9pm. very light job, the kids are fairly self sufficient and dont need much help with anything.
we are conveniently located just north of 3rd st and bell in a small gated community. very safe and quiet neighborhood. this would be occasional mostly Saturday evenings, but there might be the occasional tuesday or wednesday evening
