We recently moved here in AZ. We have a 2yr old son and a 1month old son. We're both in medical field. I work from home so we need a babysitter to care for the babies while I'm working from home and wife works at the hospital.
Feed and care for the baby. Change diapers and put the baby to sleep. Read a book and play with the toddler
