We have 3 small kids (2, 4.5, & 6 years old) and work full time. We mostly need an extra set of hands to help with normal evening duties while we're home (dishes, laundry, tidying, prepping lunches). You could also pitch in with the kids if needed, for example helping put one kid to bed while we focus on the others.

We're also looking for an occasional babysitter, but the main thing is weekly help in the evening.

Note: we have a cat.

We try to speak Spanish with the kids so it would be nice if you did too, but that's not a requirement.
