Our family has 3kids, my eldest has special needs. More on Behavioral, he has ABA therapy at home. We do not have any pets. We are healthcare workers we work 12hrs. I work nights and my spouse work days.
We needed help 6-9am (before going to school) Prepare the two kids to go to school, my eldest has school bus. the second one needs to drive to school we have a van, for the kids to use. prepare light snacks for the kids to eat for bfast. Then in the evening making sure the eat for dinner can prepare light dinner. I usually prepare it.they get shower/ oral
care before going to bed. Changing diaper timely for youngest not yet potty trained
Commitment and on Time is a must for us.
My husband works days, he needs to leave around 6am. And I work nights I will be home by 8:30am. You can leave by 9am. in the afternoon I need to leave by 6pm, you have to be back by 6pm and my husband usually comes home at 8-8:30pm. You can leave by 9pm. A total of 6hrs a day.
We needed help at least 3-4days in a week.
