regular sitter for 15month

We are a family of 3 and have a 15 month baby girl, sleep trained. She usually wakes up at 10:30 from morning nap and goes back to sleep at 2pm for afternoon nap.
we want a helper to take care of her every Monday, wednesday, and friday. We hope you can be talkative and creative.
Requirements
- Multiples experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
