I am a stay at home mom with my adopted home-schooled daughter. My wonderful girl is a 10 year-old in the 4th grade. She has some unique behavioral needs that require special attention. She is a delight who enjoys art, music, plushies, and reading! We are looking for a few sitters to have on our team for as-needed sitting.

Maintain child’s routines. Hold firm but loving boundaries. Light cooking + sit-down meals. Bedtime routine depending on time of day. Light house keeping. Occasionally a second hand around house especially when child has behavioral episodes. Trauma informed and/or special needs experience preferred.

Schedule varies depending on family needs. In the past we have needed help as often as several times per week in one month and in another just a few days the whole month. Hours can be 8 hours in a day or just a few hours. Most likely will need a few sitters to rotate between. Will pay more based on experience.
