I am a staff member at a local church in need of childcare support for occasions when I host parenting workshops or parenting support spaces. Our children between the ages of 4-10 are the ones in need of childcare. The number of children attending varies per event.
I will try my best to have activities prepared beforehand, but I am always open to collaborating with a provider. I will also do my best to have a few childcare providers if the number of children attending is larger. Usually we will provide some sort of pre-made or packaged snacks and beverages for kids. We would need the sitter to distribute snacks, run activities until the event for parents is complete. Events usually run between 2-2.5 hours. We have a playground, classrooms, and a field.
Events usually take place on Sundays starting around 2:30pm, and our church is located off of El Camino Real in Santa Clara, CA.
