Reliable sitter for 3 boys two days a week

We are a family with three amazing boys 8, 4 and 1 1/2. We have two dogs and a cat. We love anything Disney and spending time outside playing.
Looking for someone to help early mornings two days a week in-between when mom goes to work and dad gets home. Most of the time two out of three will likely be asleep for the majority of the time. Biggest thing is getting our oldest up and ready for school and on the bus at 8:20. Please be comfortable with dogs you will not have to care for them in any way but they are in the house at the time you will be there.
