Occasional sitter for a cool 10yo

Single mom nurse and a nice 10yo with manners that loves to play on his own and watch TV. We have a super friendly golden retriever that LOVES attention.
The sitter can just be there to make sure he is safe, completes his daily chores, homework and goes to bed on time.
The sitting will either be done at an apartment in East Deerfield Beach, or a house in East Delray Beach.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
