Hi! We are seeking a nurturing, reliable caregiver for my 16-week-old baby in our home. I need help 2–4 hours per day, likely Mon–Fri (not necessarily every day), typically between 9/10am–2/3pm. Pay is $20/hour. Looking for someone experienced with infants who is patient, responsive, and follows baby’s cues for feeding and sleep (no cry-it-out). Duties include bottle feeding, diaper changes, age-appropriate play, naps (may include contact naps), and light baby-related tidying. Must be comfortable with two dogs, they are friendly.
