We need to build a network of backup care providers for a one year old boy when he can’t attend daycare due to closures or minor illness (teething, low grade fever, etc). Mom and dad work from home but need primary care during the workday. Responsibilities include playtime, naps, serving pre-prepared meals, snacks.
