Occasional date night Sitter for our 3 boys

We have 3 boys (10, almost 7, and 3). We would like to find someone who could become a regular baby sitter for the occasional date nights for my husband and I. No one needs any special care and out 10-year old is a great helper as well as knowing their routine and what the 3-year old likes and doesn't like.
