Our kids ages are 6,10,12, and 14. The 14-year-old is a great helper and usually babysits her sisters, but we would like to find an occasional sitter so we're not exclusively relying on her. The 12-year-old is at her mom's every other weekend, but if it happens to fall on a weekend she is here, she's fairly self-sufficient and enjoys helping as well.

The 6- and 10-year-olds are best friends as well as sisters. While well behaved they can often get a little excited and loud, but both are overall very kind and sweet. All of our kids love meeting new people and drawing, watching TV, playing made up games and more. So, we will definitely need someone with a playful side.
