Mentor for student

Student is active with sports, school work, we also have a dog and two cats, mom works full-time
Need sitter as a mentor to assist student with staying on task with homework/time management
Preferably around 5-7pm or 7-9pm on weeknights, and several hours on weekends, such as 2-4pm on Sat/Sun, schedule may vary/can be adjusted
Requirements
- Special needs experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
