Hello! We are a family of 3 and are looking for a routine babysitter for Amara, our 5-year-old daughter. We are pretty simple with structure and schedule for Amara and make strong efforts to keep her engaged.
Babysitting needs include the following:
•Promote positive attitude & atmosphere
•Reflect authority & discipline as required (respect, kindness, politeness, calmness, etc)
•Learning Manipulatives (puzzles-games-legos-constructive activities)
•Education blocks (writing-reading-interactives-drawing)
•Arts & crafts blocks
•Parks-sports-exercise-recreation
•TV and movies are okay as long as it is limited and not during meals
•Bath time in evenings
•Dinner (basic meal preps required; simple menu)
The base schedule needs are as follows:
•M-T-W-F -7:30 am to 8:30 am pick-up/drop-off negotiable
•M-T-W-F -5:00 pm to 8:00 pm pick up from school, followed by sitting time at residence.
Note, afternoon finish times can fluctuate.
These particular times will be coordinated in advance.
Typically, one or two weekend days/nights a month will require 4-8 hours of babysitting.
We currently live on the southeast side of Tallahassee by Tom Brown Park.
