Need to prepare snacks & warm up food, play games & read to child. Must be pateint, understanding & respectful. No smoking in the house. You can smoke outside Only. Please show up on time. Please communicate at all times. Must like kids & do not complain on the job. No yelling or poor body language . My children are very aware if someone is uncomfortable or making them uncomfortable . That's it!
