We are a military family and are in a fairly tough situation with childcare where we need to drop our 4 month old off at our nanny's house rather than have them come to us, unless they have been cleared by the military prior. We understand this limits childcare options but hope to find someone experienced in infant care who can host in their home. We are completely fine with other children being there, pets, and being the ones to handle all transportation so you never have to drive to us.
4 month old boy needs typical infant care (fed, diapers, snuggles, etc.) Would love to form a relationship with our nanny and work as a team.
Hours are also tricky because both spouses are on-call. Might need mornings one day and afternoons the next. Will always drive to you so as to make everything as convenient as possible.
