Baby sitter for 1.5 yr old happy twin sisters

We are a family of 5. Husband and wife work mostly from home. We have a 2nd grader and 2 twin daughters who are 1.5 yr old. The twins are active and happy kids. They love active company and get excited to play with anyone
Taking care of all needs for the twin daughters at our home.
1. Diaper changes
2. Food prep
3. Feeding food and milk
4. Play and teach new things
5. Putting them to nap.
6. Giving care during sick time
The pricing we are looking for is 13-15 per hour for both kids together. We are looking for long term as well.
