I have a toddler who needs to be taken care of while we both work at home. Also, the sitter needs to be comfortable around dogs (We have two small ones). Mainly looking for a sitter who does not feel like its a job, but rather interact and connect with the baby (sing rhymes, read books). Finally, we don't use any electronics near the baby (phone, TV, iPad, etc) and we expect the sitter to be the same.
