My name is Shantele, my husband's name is Eli, and we have a 3 yr old little girl named Mae.
I just need someone to watch Mae from 3pm until between 5 and 8pm, 2-4 days/week. She is significantly delayed in speech and social/emotional development so I need someone with a patience and experience in those areas. She's still in diapers but we are trying with potty training so that would also be a plus but not necessarily a necessity. The only mealtimes I would ask for help would be snack, and possibly the occasional dinner if her dad is running late but she loves easy mac so nothing big.
