Hello, my name is Kyle and my wife's name is Angel. We are the parents of 3 little girls and we have a little boy on the way. The two needing to be watched are Harlowe(3y/o) and Mahala(2y/o). We need this time for appointments and breaks during the week as I work during the week and my wife is a stay at home mother. We are an adventurous family and the girls are a little wild so active child experience is a huge bonus.
Our sitter will need to keep up with both toddlers who are very active and currently in the best friends/best enemies stage. This means we need a sitter with good experience with keeping kids entertained as well as healthy distractions when they start to get after each other. We do not encourage hitting, biting, pulling hair in our kids, but we also don't stop every single instance as we are trying to redirect and focus on teaching regulation of these natural emotions they are feeling.
We need someone who will be available to watch them at either their own location or one close to the Ala Moana area as that is where most of the appointments will be. Better to be close in the event of an emergency. No allergies and as good with pets as energetic toddlers can be.
