Working parents looking for after school pickup and sitting, and occasional sick care, of our 2 toddlers (son 14mo and daughter almost 3)
Normal: Pickup children from daycare and transport them to our home. Get them settled and a snack if necessary until I get home from the office.

Occasional sick care (not required, but preferred) for full day care of either kid upon being home from school during workday.
Husband travels for work, help is needed when he is out of town (75%) and schedule is predetermined months in advance.
