We know four young children is a lot so we're looking for someone experienced. We'd like someone to start this summer and stay with us through the next school year. We need support juggling the demands of four kids (ages 8 - newborn). Exact needs vary by day but include picking up from school (during school year), transporting to after school activities, helping with homework, playing with the girls, and helping with dinner and bedtime for youngest two.
