Daily Driver/Sitter

I need a reliable sitter to stay with my child from 4:30am until daycare opens at 7:30am, deliver her to daycare and pick her up from daycare at 5pm. I will be home by 5:30pm. Would prefer the same sitter on both ends. But willing to work with 2.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
