Prepare meals, play with kids, potty training, emotional support. I expect a woman to treat my children with the utmost care and compassion. I set the discipline standards to use.
I work full time and need care 4 days a week. One weekday each week you will be off. It is a rotating day off each week. No weekend work. 11 hours per workday. The need appears to be for every other week for now. When I know more about a firm start date I will share.
