Full time sitter for 3 month old boy

I work in the hospital and my husband works in the plants, we have a 3 month old son who is our first and only child
Take care of our child, feed him, play fun and educational games with him, as well as help with his developmental milestones
I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week that are not set in stone and often vary in time and day of the week. My husband works 6-3:30 Monday-Friday and is usually home by4
