My wife and I have twin daughters with special needs. They are almost 3 years old. They are sweet and adorable, however they are not yet talking, nor are they potty trained.

Looking for weekly help for one day out of the week, either Saturday or Sunday. Timeframe and the day are flexible, though preferably mornings. Pay would be minimum $22/hr., more depending on experience and qualifications. Ideally, we would like someone who is also willing and able to help out in the case of emergencies.

Responsibilities would include:
- Watching and playing with our twin daughters.
- diaper changes
- Light cleaning, occasionally
- Handling feeding times
