After school care needed for smart, fun 12-year old and 10-year-old daughters

I am a father of smart, funny and kind 12-year-old and 10-year-old daughters and am looking for someone to pick them up after school and watch them until I get home.
Pick up girls at school, take them to activities, make sure they are doing their homework, help with snacks etc.
This position is 15 hours per week, every other week as I share custody of the girls with their mother.
