Part-Time Nanny / Household Support – Evenings (3 Kids, Maple Grove Area)

I’m a single dad of three kids (ages ~4, middle school, and high school) looking for a reliable, warm, and proactive part-time nanny to help smooth weekday evenings and support our household flow.

Schedule:

Weekdays (approx. 2–3 days/week)
Late afternoon through early evening (roughly 3:30/4:00 PM – 7:30/8:00 PM)
Some flexibility depending on schedules

Primary Responsibilities:

School/daycare pickup (primarily for my 4-year-old)
Engaging, attentive care for my youngest child
Supporting evening routine, including:
Light dinner prep for kids
Helping with mealtime and cleanup
Bedtime routine for 4-year-old (bath, books, wind-down)

Household Support (during downtime):

Kids’ laundry (wash, fold, put away)
Kitchen reset (dishes, counters, light cleanup)
Tidying common areas and toys
Occasional help prepping snacks/lunches for next day

What I’m Looking For:

Prior childcare experience (especially with preschool-aged kids)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
Positive, calm presence—especially during evening transitions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable and consistent

Nice to Have:

Experience managing multiple kids of different ages
Comfortable helping create structure in a busy household

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
