I have 2 kids 9 yr old boy and a 7 yr old girl. I am separated from my husband but he and I co-parent and he is very involved in their care. He is often here
and does things with them. He comes with my 4 year old stepson sometimes. Kids go to school, have after-school care at school 2.30 to about 4.30.activities , swimming, dance etc afterwards. Home at about 6. Sometimes I work from home. I am a physician so may work some weekends. Dad has them 2 nights a week.
Help with getting kids ready for school pick them up from school some days and take them to some activities.
Help with food prep for them, keep them entertained, help with bed time,light housekeeping and help with some hours if I go out in the evening, or work at the weekend. It would be about 5 hours a day.
