Single parent with one 7 yo boy. Autistic/ADHD, which does mean behavioral needs. He is creative, loving, and energetic. He loves people.
Pick him up from school, ensure he completes homework, feed him dinner, and complete his bedtime routine. Bedtime is 7 pm. I have a written schedule. Prefer care in our home, as this minimizes outbursts and meltdowns.
My schedule fluctuates. I work a 4-10 schedule. I need someone who is also flexible.
