Hello! We are a small family and new to the area. We have our 1 year old girl and almost 3 year old boy. We do have a cat but he rarely comes out during the day and we a dog. He is all bark so nothing to worry about aggression wise.
It would only be 1 or 2 nights a week. The job would be diaper changes, playing with the kids, preparing small snacks, and just generally monitoring the overall wellbeing of the home.
