Both parents work long hours, kids in daycare during the day (7:15-5:15). Large 4-bedroom 3-story house with a guest bed if ever needed. 1-year can walk and is very curious. Soon-to-be 4 year old is high energy, follows structure very well; still needs reminders for potty breaks sometimes but is getting much better.
Play, read, feed, put down for naps (1 year old only). Try to minimize screen time but a movie for educational show like Sesame Street is perfectly fine.
Occasional weekend(4-6 hrs) and some flexibility on short notice for a full day during the week if one of them needs to stay home sick from daycare. Some of the weekends may only just be the 1 year old, so that we can take the 4 year old to sport activities.
