Need a sitter

I have twins and a 3 year old who has a nurse that come in every Thursday.
I need a sitter to sit in while I and my wife are at work , I get off at 3pm usually home by330,4pm
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Special needs experience
- Multiples experience
Responsibilities
- Learning Pod
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Toilet training
- Light laundry
- Sick care
