We are a blended family with unique childcare hours needed. Mom is a nurse and dad works in construction. We also have a Boston Terrier pup. Our parenting style is very laid back. Children are used to sitters and flexible with routines. We have a shallow inground pool for summer fun.
Responsibility will vary depending on time needed. Early evening may include pick up from schools and/or light dinner prep (Mac n cheese or leftovers) and bedtime. Overnight hours would include just being present in the home for emergencies. Early morning may include serving cereal and dressing toddler then dropping off to schools between 7:30-8:35. Possibly taking the dog out if shift is long.
Looking for an oncall sitter. Hours will vary depending on when I get called out, if I do. I work 7 days on and 7 days off. The overnight on call will only be for that schedule. My Oncall weekend will include days and preferably availability on the off weekends for parents to go out (will likely be preplanned). A weekly base salary will be provided and first few hours will come out of that for the week if used. If not, you keep it. Minimum 1 hour pay for calls & increased rate for driving
