William is 5, starting school in a couple months, the kindest kid ever. He is sensitive and it helps if he's reminded to take a few deep breaths and count to 5. Jo Jo is 3, bonded to his brother, very smart, and jolly. His demon is jealousy, and whatever he sees he wants. They get along great and have excellent manners!

The sitter must be able to diffuse any disputes between the two of them in a compassionate manner. Jo Jo is still potty training and may need help with that, William is independent in the bathroom outside of being reminded to wash hands. They should be limited on sugar and restricted from any dye ( in food).

In home or out of home doesn’t make a difference to me, so long as you have reliable transportation and a safe driving record and home. I’m a lobsterman, and my trips have me offshore for 5-12 days at a time with 2-3 days off in between to be with my boys. This is the time to do land things, and they can’t always come with.
