We are first time parents looking for a nanny Mon-Thurs for our son, who will be 4.5 months when care would start mid-June. We work from home on the second floor, and we work west coast hours, so we need coverage noon to nine, and are looking to continue the position at least until he turns one next February.

We exclusively breastfeed at the moment so we'll have bottles prepared, and we hope to be on somewhat of a feeding/nap schedule by then. We're looking for someone who places high value on creativity, nature, playfulness, and kindness; who has some experience with age-appropriate play and developmental milestones.

We live nearby to a park and library, and also have a cat, whose actual existence you may begin to question, except for her occasional gifts of hairballs and her large collection of toys she ignores.
