Hello! I am relatively new to the area. My son unfortunately received a diagnosis of autism prior to his first birthday. He just turned two. He is very sweet but non-verbal, on the more severe end of the spectrum, though not aggressive or violent. We participate in early intervention multiple times a week. He’s developmentally behind in all areas. Communication is where he gets frustrated. Someone patient is a necessity.

I quit my job to devote time to my son but I need someone occasionally to come help me while I go run an errand. I may need someone once or twice a week, some weeks not at all and some weeks more. I’ll always communicate this openly.

**As an aside, I really do need someone with autism experience, and will need to check references. We have a non-shedding mini golden doodle who is hypoallergenic and gentle.

I do not pay for the site (yet). As soon as I see a good number of applicants who qualify, I plan to pay and begin interviews. Thank you for reading!
