In our home currently, the main responsibility will be to care for our 4th grade kid- 9 years old. We have a 16 and 18 year old but they are self sufficient.
Sit with our 9 year old- do homework, make sure fed. Occasionally pick up from activities.
Flexible calendar, potential for good hours each month as parents have events and date nights.
